Kabir Jaffe 
Founder and President 

Kabir Jaffe is modern day mystic who combines a highly-developed sensitivity with a scientific approach to spirituality. He is a psychologist, with extensive background in modern-day therapies, and has spent 18 years in India exploring meditation and eastern spiritual teachings. He is a pioneer in the development of the new sciences of Consciousness. He is the founder of Essence Training and one of the pioneers of Experiential Astrology. His is the founder and President of the IUCIS. 

Ritama Davidson
Cofounder and Director

Graduated from Theater School in Amsterdam, trained in modern dance and choreography, licensed in massage therapy, studied Shiatsu at the Ohashi Institute, trained energy worker, studied nutrition, professional careers in all the above, has been a construction contractor entrepreneur, speaks 6 languages, since 1995 has been cofounder, director and seminar leader in Essence Training
