Acting coordinator Claudia Huberti has trained as a bank clerk and is a qualified psychologist. Since 1988, she has been working as a student counselor in the psychological field at a senior technical college and a university for applied sciences. She is a trained psychotherapist, an Essence trainer and group leader and she gives Reiki. |

The Faculty for Education and Training is for people who work as teachers in a variety of settings - teachers, professors, group leaders, trainers and pedagogical staff in a kindergarten. Programs are not only for those who want to learn to teach in a more effect way based on the recent developments teaching methodologies, but it is for those who are ready to reflect on their personality so they can bring more consciousness and depth to their work.
The field of education is rapidly changing. New models are developing that focus on a person’s inner nature, supporting them to become more of their essential self. These understandings address the needs for teaching outer knowledge in new ways based upon recent discoveries on how the brain processes information. They use methods of experiential learning which involve a student on all levels, physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual to help them access resources within themselves, and to teach them to handle themselves in entirely new and different ways.
