A new profession is born

An Essence Trainer is a new breed of self-development facilitator due to their inner development and outer capabilities. They have undergone a rigorous inner transformational process in which their energy system has refined and matured. They have opened a 6th sense of perception into the world of energy allowing them to perceive the underlying energetic structure of the person they are working with. This diagnostic capacity is coupled with the ability for the Trainer to consciously control and use their own energy for working with others. In addition to this inner maturity and energetic capacity they are trained in a broad spectrum of healing, educational and therapeutic skills coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of human development.

 

Essence Individual Trainer Certification Program - (EITCP)

The EITCP is for people desiring to gain a high level of proficiency in working with others on a one-to-one basis as a personal Trainer and Coach. The training includes both a theoretical and a hands-on element including comprehensive skill training. The EITCP accelerates your own growth process through giving and receiving sessions and participating in support and supervision groups. Graduates of the EITCP have the skills to run their own private coaching and Training practice and can work in organizations as personal coaches. It will also deepen your understanding of people and enrich your personal relationships because of the abilities to interact with others that you will develop.

 

The training includes:

Technique Training
Occurring in weekend workshop format the Technique Weekends cover the many skills of an Essence Trainer. (See section "The methods and areas of Skill Training")

Support groups
Regular meetings with other trainers in which you give and receive sessions and have the opportunity to work on your own themes

Supervision
Supervision means giving a session in a supervised setting, often using video, in which the trainer gets in-depth feedback. Supervision happens in both individual and group settings

This capacity to understand and work with others forms the foundation for all other professional training work within the IUCIS. The GLT and the faculty trainings all require the EITCP.

Requirements:

Apprenticeship as IUCIS coach with our students for two years

1x month evening training with our coaching team

Give 150 coaching sessions (can count as part of EITCP Level II requirements)

Can join ECC program when you have completed 10 Level II and III modules

Coaching training runs for 2 years concurrently with Essence Individual Trainer Level II Training
